Kathmandu : Prof Subarna Shakya has been elected the chair of the new executive committee of Nepal Bhasa Council. He was elected by the 16th annual general assembly of the Council.

Likewise, Nabin Chitrakar has been elected the Vice-chair, Pushpa Ratna Tuladhar the Secretary and Mangala Karanjeet the Treasurer. The members of the committee are Chatra Bahadur Kayastha, Dhurav Madhikarmi, Nareshbir Shakya, Pratisara Sayami, Bimalprabha Bajracharya, Bhawani Tuladhar and Sriram Shrestha. RSS
